2009 Ordering Instructions

With 2008 nearly in the books, it has given us a chance to reflect on this past season and evaluate what we think we did well and where we think we can improve. With the busy season getting ready to hit us in full stride, we have determined that scheduling of new cars for this upcoming year is of utmost importance to us. We want to be able to improve efficiency on our end and give you, the customer, better service with accurate completion dates. So, for 2009, our ordering instructions are as follows:

1. Contact us and let us know if any changes to your sponsor list, numbers, colors, etc. and a desire to change the graphics scheme or leave it the way it was. While calling is certainly OK, keep in mind that we receive a lot of phone calls on a daily basis so it is just impossible to answer them all. We do not keep a dedicated person on staff to answer the phones because we do not want to pass that cost on to the customer. So, if you email us, you will most of the time get a faster and more accurate response. Also, the design process will go much smoother and faster if you provide us will all information. For instance, many times a customer wants to get the design process started but doesn’t have all of his/her sponsors lined up yet. Typically, if we do start designing a car like that, we will only do it after all of the other cars are completed. Thus, we urge you to make your sponsor decisions early.

2. Prior to designing or re-designing a car, we are going to collect a $250 deposit. This is the only way we can determine the seriousness of the customer and put it on to our schedule. All of our new accounts are secured with a deposit, and to seamlessly blend the new accounts and previous accounts this is the best way we have devised to be fair to everyone. Once the deposit is collected, the design process begins and estimated completion dates can be given.

3. After the artwork is approved and prior to print, the balance of the account will be paid. We will not send product with a terms based agreement, nor will we send C.O.D. Thus, all orders will be paid with a credit card or prepaid with a money order, check or cash. We will give you a final total after the artwork approval process which will include shipping.

4. If the person who orders product differs from the person who is paying for product, a form must be signed by the paying party which will designate person(s) who may order on the account. For example, if person A is responsible for paying the bill, but person B is the one who orders all of the time, then person A must designate person B as an eligible person to order on the account. So, no matter what person B orders, person A is going to pay for it. We will not accept orders from people who are not responsible for paying the account.

5. Our Guaranteed Next Day Shipping policy is as follows: If you place an order for a complete wrap or individual pieces by Noon (EST), then this order will ship by the following day or it is free. This policy is limited to wraps that do not have florescent, chrome or reflective inlays or if any changes whatsoever are desired for the wrap. We dictate changes if the order has a need to go through design or not.

6. Discounts: We have a few different promotions:

 

1. Purchase a 602 or 604 crate engine from NeSmith Chevrolet and receive $50 off of any wrap package. Good throughout entire 2009.

2. Purchase a wrap package and receive $100 off Icon Racewear package. Package is for 144 (144 @ $9.00 each, no art/screen charges) race shirts or 96 (tees, sweatshirts, hoodies, etc. any combination) Signature shirts. Must be ordered at the same time.

3. Multiple set discount: Purchase multiple sets of the identical wrap package and receive 15% off of second wrap and 35% off of third wrap.

4. 2% discount for all orders/re-orders done by email, fax or text message.

7. Installation: Our installation fee for 2009 is $125 and includes mileage if customer is within 50 mile radius. Over 50 miles will be .35 cents per mile over 50. Scheduling will be based on availability.

8. Re-Orders: The re-order process will be simplified greatly by ordering by email, fax or text message (to 828-228-9892). In fact, re-orders that are ordered this way will be granted a 2% discount. You can still call, however, we are trying to offer more ways for the customer to interact with us.
